HR Supervisor

Job Summary

The HR Supervisor will oversee daily HR operations and ensure effective management of human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance. This role will collaborate with other departments to align HR practices with business goals and will maintain a positive and productive work environment

Job Description (Responsibilities)

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.

  • Ensure proper onboarding and orientation for new employees, including training on company policies and procedures.

  • Administer HR admin tasks such as record-keeping, benefits administration, and employee files management.

  • Provide support and guidance to managers and staff on internal rules, policies, and labor law practices.

  • Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

  • Facilitate performance management activities, including supporting managers and staff in setting performance objectives and conducting performance review and evaluation.

  • Coordinate employee training and staff development programs to enhance skills and productivity.

  • Execute payroll administration by verifying employee attendance, overtime, and benefits eligibility.

  • Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting in accordance with agriculture industry standards.

  • Collaborate with management team to foster a positive work environment.

Job Specification (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the agriculture or manufacturing industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

  • Experience in HR operation for agricultural.
